Taking into account measures to combat COVID-19, the Consulate General’s working methods have been revised as follows.

- For all matters regarding visas, please contact VFS Global (http://www.vfsglobal.com/Turkey/uae). Kindly read our announcement of 31 May on the matter (http://dubai.bk.mfa.gov.tr/Mission/ShowAnnouncement/372198).

- For legal translation and other notary applications such as Power of Attorney (when written or verbal translation to Turkish is needed), kindly contact Legal Translator Mr. Hamza Erdoğan (hamertr@gmail.com).

- No Consular applications will be possible without an appointment. Online appointments may be obtained from our website (www.dubai.bk.mfa.gov.tr
), where you all the necessary information and documents regarding your application are also available. Your exact appointment time will be contained in the confirmation e-mail you will receive upon your appointment booking.

- Documents that need to be attested can be dropped off on week days between 09.00-14.30 with the exact change (71 AED), and picked up on the next day during the same timeframe.

- It is important that you arrive to your appointment on time, in order to enable us to protect public health by limiting the number of people at the entrance of and inside the Consulate. You are expected to arrive maximum 5 minutes before your appointment to the 29th floor where our Consulate is located, and not to wait there. In case of late arrival your appointment will be cancelled.

- When you arrive to the 29th floor where the Consulate is located, kindly dial 318 using the black phone on the counter in order to reach an officer.

- Wearing protective mask and gloves, and using the disinfectant available at the entrance is mandatory before entering the Consulate.
